Title: Enrollment Management Operations Assistant
Description: Reporting to the Director of Business Systems and Operations, this role will support the division of Enrollment Management through the execution of operational processes.
This is a 30 hour per week, ten-month position from mid-August to mid-June.
This role will execute operational procedures used by Enrollment Management within the Slate customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Responsibilities:
Operational Support and Data Processing
- Run daily operational queries; follow operational procedures to update applicant records based upon query results.
- Resolve data update requests from Admissions team members.
- Assist with import and exports of data into/out of the Admissions CRM.
- Assist with setup of events in Admissions CRM.
- Print and mail decision letters and other Admissions mailings.
- Develop and update documentation of operational procedures and training materials as assigned.
- Additional basic administrative functions.
- Exercise discretion in making judgements with regard to the optimal approach and solution in all aspects of the role.
- Demonstrate sound decision making in all aspects of the role.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on use of the CRM; act as subject matter expert for operational processes.
- Cross-train team members to ensure ongoing continuity of operational support.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Enrollment Management objectives, goals, and business practices.
- Expected to comply with all applicable College, Federal, State, local and associational laws, rules and regulations
- As a representative of the College, expected to comport oneself in a professional manner, both on and off campus.
- Participate in significant campus activities including Welcome Weekend, True Blue Weekend, and Commencement Weekend
- Perform other projects as necessary.
- Experience working with relational databases preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Power Point, Google Mail, Google Docs, Google Sheets
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables, v-lookup, formulas.
